This quest is initiated by speaking with Betsy Gallow in the chunk of Plains of Anguish(-29, 27)located at (-62611, 70629, 35675), in Havens Edge.
"The Cartheon moved into our land many years ago. They have yet to invade Haven's Edge, though. I assume that we are the last living humans in the area."

-Destroy 25 Undead Spellcasters

There are various mobs outside of Havens Edge and the Cartheon area that will meet the requirements for the job. They include the Cartheon Wizard, the Battlecaller, and the Skeletal Channeler. -Kazander
