This quest is initiated by speaking with Miranda Gallow in the chunk of Plains of Anguish(-29, 27)located at -61460, 70754, 35589, in Havens Edge. You must complete the quest Investigate the Brotherhood before this quest will become available.
Miranda Gallow says, "As I said, these people must be stopped. They appear to be very strong, so you'll probably need some help, but I'll pay all involved a respectable bounty for the proof of dead crusaders."

-Kill 10 Brotherhood Crusaders
-Retrieve 3 Brotherhood Seals
-Return to Miranda Gallow

You have to travel a bit into Divine Grasp for this one. There is an NPC named Frazik that can help you get inside if you find breaching the wall a bit difficult. -Kaz
